ajillo ( Garlic marinade) is one of the dishes that made its way into Cuban culinary tradition via Spain.These days, Ajillo de Camarones, ( shrimp’s ajillo) can be found in our menu. Ajillo goes well with wine, specially the one we are serving since we are getting top quality shrimps from a provider in Tsukiji, a reference point for quality sea product in Japan. Wine goes down smoothly leaving a great aftertaste.The garlic marinade shrimp stock that is left makes a special dip for your bread. There is no waste on this dish.
